Amendment to the Constitution

Amendment to the Constitution - approved 7th July, 2006.

At the General Meeting of members held at the Watermark Hotel, Brisbane on the 7th July, 2006 the following amendment to clause 18.5 of the Constitution was adopted.

The meeting was legally convened in accordance with the requirements of the Constitution.

'A company or group of companies which is basically autonomous but part of a larger group of companies is exempt from the aforementioned restriction. However no such group of companies may have more than one third of the directors on the date of appointment.'

All members are requested to amend their records accordingly.
