Pile Driving Incident occurred at Tully QLD, 19th Sept 2008.
On 19th Sept 2008 a serious incident occurred near Tully in North QLD when a 30m tower of a pile driving rig became detached from a lattice boom crawler crane and fell with a 12m long concrete pile. One worker, located on the ground in front of the crane, was fatally injured.

Incident Reporting System - Results 2007 to 2008
